We can handle most types of audio files including .wav, .mp2, .mp3, .dss, .vox, .wma and .m4a.  If you don't see your type of file on the list, please contact us.

Our typical turn around time on transcritpions is three to five business days. Manuscripts, screenplays, manuals and other documents will vary depending on their size and what other work is in line.  We do our best to maintain a three to five business day turn around on these types of projects.

Yes!  Working as a Legal Secretary for over three decades, I know the importance of confidentiality and have no problems signing a Confidentiality Agreement  or NDA if it is requested.
