I worked for senior partners throughout my career and loved every minute of it. In 2004, my husband was transferred to Dallas, Texas. After relocating, I decided to fulfill one of my dreams and work for myself. I started AHTS in 2004 and it quickly grew to 27 employees and hundreds of clients. It was a lot of hours and very hard work, but it was such an accomplishment and I was so proud.
After my girls graduated high school and moved on to college and then careers, I realized that I wanted to slow down and enjoy life as an empty nester. Having a large and demanding business, just wasn't what I wanted anymore. So, I downsized and went from 27 to one - me. I still work very hard and a lot of hours, and I still love it.
