What time zone are you in?

We are located in McKinney, Texas which is Central Time Zone. 

What is your turnaround time?

Transcription delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours. We offer a 24-hour RUSH Delivery option for an additional $1.00/minute and a SAME DAY Delivery option for an additional $2.00/minute. Copy Typing projects will vary in turnaround time depending on the size of the project. 

What do you charge?

Transcription rates start at $1.25/minute. Additional fees are applied for time stamping/verbatim. Copy Typing starts at $3.50/page. Additional fees may be applied for difficult to read or handwritten materials. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are accept via PayPal or credit card (through PayPal). 

How will I receive my work?

I will email your document when it is completed. All documents are done in Microsoft Word. Additional copies can be sent in .pdf upon request.
